  • A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve a room ($500.00 for the Ballroom). The deposit will be applied to your final bill and deducted from your invoice. 
  • Package includes: 4-hour room rental (11:00am to 3:00pm or 12:00pm to 4:00pm) 
  • You will be allowed 1 hour before your event for set-up. 
  • Minimum of 25 guests for the Vista room, 40 guest for the Capri room and 100 guest for the Venetian Ballroom. 
  • A $250.00 room fee will be applied to parties under 40 guests. 
  • Professional service staff will be provided. 
  • Cash, tab, or bar package can be added to any event with a bartender for a fee of $95.00. (Alcohol will not be available without a bartender) 
  • Ivory lap length table linens included with your choice of one of our colored linen napkins. 
  • Specialty table linens can be available for an additional fee. 
  • Table settings with china, glassware, and polished flatware. 
  • Hot beverage service includes hot tea, regular and decaf coffee. 
  • Unlimited fountain drinks with lemonade and fresh brewed iced tea. 
  • Fresh baked dinner rolls and butter (Not included with cold buffet) 
  • Choice of cold buffet, hot buffet, or sit-down. 

Additional food items may be added to any package. 

  • Soup, Salad, or Side $2.95 per person 
  • Hot or Cold Hors d’oeuvres $3.50 per person 
  • Entrée $3.95 per person 
  • Dessert Service $3.50 per person 

*Photo booth and up lighting service must be contracted through Antonelli Event Center 

*Must remove all personal belongings immediately following event 

*We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items

*(NO helium balloons, glitter, confetti, confetti guns, tape, command hooks of any kind, or push pins on any wall are allowed for any event)
